I’m Arit Eminue — facilitator, coach, speaker, and founder of All Things People & Talent. For over 18 years, I’ve helped organisations develop their talent and transform managers into emotionally intelligent leaders who can build trust, lead with clarity, and inspire action.
From the BBC and BMG to public sector and industry bodies, I’ve supported leaders and emerging talent to grow in confidence, navigate change, and stay committed to the organisations that invested in them.
MY STORY:
I started my first business, DiVA Apprenticeships, in my spare bedroom with a laptop, a prayer, and a deep desire to make work more meaningful, especially for those who didn’t always see themselves represented at the top.
Over time, we placed apprentices across the UK’s creative industries, secured £2.6 million in funding, and helped companies build inclusive pipelines of future-ready talent. In 2023, I was honoured to receive an MBE for services to Further Education in the Creative Industries.
My work blends the strategic with the soulful. I know what it’s like to be the ‘only one’ at the leadership table and to build that table from scratch. This gives me a unique edge when supporting people at all levels of the business — from rising stars to senior leaders who need space to reflect and grow.
