Inclusive Recruitment will help employers develop and implement an inclusive recruitment process. Developing an Inclusive Culture is designed for leaders and managers who want to create an inclusive culture that enables all employees to succeed. How to Speak Up equips participants with the knowledge and practical tools to speak up and advocate for themselves and their colleagues.

From Mate to Manager
A mix of coaching and training designed for those who are new to management, or perhaps they are in a supervisor role and need the training to boost their skillset. My approach is solution focused. I question, challenge, champion and empower individuals to take ownership of and build a career they enjoy. I'm particularly passionate about coaching black women who have historically been underserved with coaches with lived experience.
